For Rick, the journey into construction started long before it became a career. As a young boy, Rick spent countless hours helping his grandmother maintain her children’s camp—repairing structures, fixing plumbing, and tackling whatever needed attention. Those early years sparked a lifelong passion for building and instilled a core lesson: hard work, responsibility, and taking pride in your work always matter.
Over the years, Rick worked alongside skilled tradespeople across every aspect of residential construction. However, his defining mentorship came from a seasoned builder named Wayne. Working on high-end custom homes under Wayne’s guidance taught Rick what it truly means to be a professional contractor: treat people with respect, maintain absolute honesty, never compromise on quality, and always stand behind your work.
When Wayne retired, Rick founded RBConstruction carrying those exact principles forward. Today, with over 30 years of hands-on experience, Rick approaches every single project with the same dedication, meticulous attention to detail, and family-first care.
